Please see below for the holiday schedule – Melissa DeMent is teaching the classes listed below. These are the only classes offered during the next 2 weeks. All classes with Sara will resume on the regular schedule starting January 9th, 2012. Can’t wait to see you in the new year!! Much Love, Sara

Yoga can help to take care of main problems faced by runners sore feet, tight hamstrings/ hips and pain in ankle, back or knees. Yoga also improves breath control and capacity. And wait til you notice the difference in your will power… seriously!

 

Donation Yoga class to benefit the Bloomsburg Red Cross

Bloomsburg Yoga at Mountain Winds Budo and The Centre for Health & Wellness are teaming up for a Donation-Based Yoga Event for Post-Flood Restoration on Sunday, October 2nd from 1 to 4pm. Donation means just that… as little or as much as you can give. If you have been affected by the flood and could use some yoga to ease the tension, come to a free class!! All money will go directly to the Bloomsburg Red Cross. Six different classes of all levels are being offered during this time, starting on the hours…1,2,& 3pm. Come to as many as you’d like.
